Will our HOA allow this flag in my park strip/yard?
Yep!
Federal Law, “H.R.42 - Freedom to display the American Flag Act of 2005” states:
“A condominium association, cooperative association, or residential real estate management association may not adopt or enforce any policy, or enter into any agreement, that would restrict or prevent an association member from displaying the U.S. flag on residential property within the association with respect to which such member has a separate ownership interest or a right to exclusive possession or use.”

Is my subscription reoccuring?
Yes! We will assume you want to participate year after year until you tell us, in writing, that you would like to discontinue your subscription. You will be asked to pay for the upcoming year (12 consecutive months) 1 month before your new subscription year starts. Your subscription year starts whenever you make your first year's payment.
What if I move?
We understand you may not stay in the neighborhood forever. If you move, please reach out to us, in writing, that you will no longer be participating along with the date you move out. Once you pay for a year, it is non-refundable for that subscription year. We will contact the new homeowners to see if they would like to continue the subscription. If they would like to continue, they will have to purchase their own flag and subscription. You will then get to keep your flag and take it to your next home!
How is my flag installed?
We insert a small, thin piece of rebar about 2 feet long into the park strip or main yard. We then slide a plastic PVC pipe "flagpole" over the rebar. This is only in your lawn during the time the flag is being displayed and will not do damage to your yard. We will decide whether to use the park strip or main yard during our first installation to determine the best display. We will not install within a foot of any sidewalk/driveway/curbing to avoid sprinkler lines.
